Amy came to us recommended by a friend. We met with several agents to sell our home but she was the only one that had a plan from the minute she walked into our home. On hello, Amy told us what to expect on everything from sale price to preparing to stage to how the sale would most likely go.

We packed up our house, Amy came in and decorated. Amy also brought in a professional photographer. We went on delayed status for a week. Pictures went up on a Thursday, open house same day. Showings on Friday. Open house Saturday. We stayed out of our house the whole time (we have little kids). Cancelled the open house and showings on Sunday because we had 8 offers.
