Amy Krieghoff
Amy Krieghoff is a highly respected real estate professional serving Southeast Wisconsin. Known for her strategic approach and personable demeanor, Amy brings a strong background in sales and management to the real estate industry. She is recognized for delivering exceptional client service, guiding buyers toward optimal value, and assisting sellers in achieving smooth, stress-free transactions.
In addition to her work in real estate, Amy is also employed part-time with a local home builder, giving her unique insight into the new construction process. This dual perspective allows her to offer valuable guidance to clients considering building a home, and adds depth to her knowledge of the local housing market.
A Wisconsin resident since 1994, Amy has a deep understanding of the region’s diverse neighborhoods and communities. Her familiarity with the local market, combined with her professional insight, allows her to provide customized guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals. She understands that real estate decisions are among the most significant in a client’s life and approaches each transaction with integrity, diligence, and care.
Amy is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors (GMAR), Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA), and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Outside of real estate, Amy is actively involved in the community, often volunteering at local events. She enjoys exploring new restaurants, attending live music and neighborhood festivals, and spending time with her family and her mini Goldendoodle, Maizie.
Wendy Ackley
Focused, organized and client-driven, Wendy is the Realtor you want on your side. She has a BA in Communications, a JD in Law and is a licensed broker for the last 40+ years. Wendy is a Born and raised Wisconsinite, a graduate of Brookfield Central, Carrol College and Marquette University. She has seen the ups and downs of the Markets from the East side of Milwaukee to Lake Country. Wendy knows the lakes of Lake Country, the schools, sports and neighborhoods. She is an authority on Real Estate, an advocate for her customers and a devoted friend to her clients. In addition to giving the majority of her time to clients, the most important part of Wendy’s life is her children. She has 2 sons, 4 daughters and 4 grandchildren. She is also dedicated to several charities around the area, including Zachariah’s Acres for special needs in Oconomowoc and Sister of St. Francis in Milwaukee, dedicated to the prevention of human trafficking, to name a few.
Rob Krieghoff
With over 30 years of sales experience in Southeastern Wisconsin, Rob brings deep local knowledge and a client-focused approach to every transaction. He joined Amy in 2017, adding his expertise in marketing and strategic partnerships to help elevate the team’s service and outreach in residential real estate. A Wisconsin resident since 1985, Rob is a proud graduate of Green Bay Southwest High School and the University of Wisconsin. In 2022, he earned his SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation, allowing him to better support older homeowners as they navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of leaving their longtime homes. Whether he’s crafting a compelling marketing campaign or guiding a client through a major life transition, Rob is committed to making every move as smooth and successful as possible.
Lisa Gramoll

With extensive interior design experience, Lisa dove into real estate and has not looked back. Her job as an interior designer is to create beautiful, functional homes for clients. As a realtor, she can apply these same tools to prepare a home for the competitive market or reveal a home’s true potential. Staging is one of the specialties that Lisa offers which makes your listing stand out. Lisa is committed about keeping her clients happy. That starts with listening, being honest and transparent and her attention to detail. You are not just a client; she forms a lasting relationship with you. Apart from work, Lisa’s hobbies include gardening, cheering on the Packers, and traveling with her family.
